Bilingual Travel Agent

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated Bilingual Travel Agents with strong sales acumen and a proven track record of success. As a Bilingual Travel Agent at Fareportal, you will be working in our growing OneTravel division contact center, located in Las Vegas, NV.

Our Bilingual Travel Agents drive Fareportal by providing our Spanish-speaking clients with some of the best airline, hotel, and vacation package deals in the industry, while delivering the highest level of customer care

Responsibilities:

  • Provide our Spanish-speaking clients with the best travel package deals.
  • Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients.
  • Assist clients with reservations, transfers and changes.
  • Respond to client questions, concerns and billing inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Secure new client sales and retention through exceptional customer care.

Requirements:

Background

  • Current or recent travel agency/airline experience.
  • Prior inbound call center customer care/sales experience.

Skills

  • Qualified candidates will be bilingual (written and verbal) in Spanish/English.
  • GDS experience (SABRE and/or Amadeus) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
