We are seeking a tenacious Recruiter, sourcer, persistent networker, obsessive organizer, and company ambassador to fill a wide array of positions for our Las Vegas operations.

Our Las Vegas contact center is rapidly expanding and we need a highly visible, “roll up your sleeves, hit the ground running” Recruiter to drive OneTravel’s key growth initiatives. Your ability to communicate the tremendous opportunities available at OneTravel will attract top talent from within the industry.

The right person for this role takes a genuine approach, and can on board the best candidates in this uber competitive market. You are skilled at not only catching a candidate’s attention, but engaging them throughout the selection process.

A systematic work ethic and emphasis on candidate experience is what will separate you from all other candidates. You have to sweat the details.

Responsibilities

  • Active full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all positions; sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
  • Ongoing sophistication, development and implementation of recruitment strategies and company branding
  • Ongoing projects to assist with initiatives such as campus recruitment, career fairs, etc.
  • Will assist with day to day human resources activities.

Background

  • 2-4 years as a Recruiter; ideally on behalf of e-commerce, high growth startup or large technology environments.
  • 1-2 years assisting with general human resources operations is preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to source and engage candidates via direct, online and networking channels;
  • Highly skilled at conducting in-depth screens; with a supernatural ability to formulate refined questions that deliver and unearth useful answers.
  • Proven negotiating and closing talent; with thoughtful consideration that successful closing touches every step of the process.

Personal Skills:

  • Be incredibly persistent and (long and short term) goal oriented.
  • Be insanely detail oriented and organized
  • Be able to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment
