Total Rewards Analyst

We are seeking a highly passionate Total Rewards Analyst for our Benefits and Compensation department. Responsibilities

  • Supports the Total Rewards processes as it relates to compensation and benefits including compensation and job analysis, evaluations, and recommendations, while maintaining optimum data integrity and internal client satisfaction.
  • Makes recommendations regarding salary grades/bands or market rates for specific jobs; responsible for survey submission.
  • Supports incentive programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs.
  • Produces ad hoc Total Rewards metric reports such as headcount and salary.
  • Produces Total Rewards reporting initiatives and provides reporting and analysis supporting the Annual total reward processes (i.e. merit process, performance management process,  ad hoc surveys and HRIS interface).
  • Assists in the administration, implementation and communication of Compensation policies and practices.
  • Prepares various benefits analysis and reports as needed
  • Assists with employee engagement and pulse surveys

Requirements:

Background

  • 3-5 years of Compensation experience
  • Strong analytical skill is critical
  • Demonstrated technical skills - proficient in all MS Office tools with strong Excel skills, V-lookups, macros, reporting 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and ability to work in a fast paced environment meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
